Health care

All children in Sweden are offered seven vaccinations against various diseases, including polio, whooping cough, diphtheria and tetanus.

The schools have a health service for their students. This service is the continuation of the pediatric ambulatory. One part of the responsibility of the health service for children of school age is vaccines. The health service for children of school age has the function of following the growth and development of the child. Dental care
In Sweden there is public and private dentistry. Public dental care  is managed by the corresponding province or region.

There are numerous private dentists in the country. The rules that determine the amount to pay depend on several factors, among others, your place of residence and the dentist you choose.

An important part of dental care in Sweden is preventive dentistry, that is, regular visits to the dentist to keep your teeth healthy.



In Sweden, all children under 20 benefit from free dental care, both in public and private dentistry. Children and youth are regularly scheduled to visit the dentist for review, treatment and preventive care. For their part, adults should contact the dentist on their own.

What you eat and drink is fundamental to your health and physical well-being. Eating properly and exercising reduces the risk of suffering from numerous diseases, among others, cardiovascular pathologist, diabetes, cancer and psychological disorders.

Exercise
The human being needs to move to feel good. Exercise reduces the risk of suffering from numerous diseases, among others, cardiovascular pathologist and certain types of cancer. It also improves your mood. You will sleep better, you will be better able to withstand stress and keep you in weight. Adults must move a minimum of 30 minutes a day.


Stress
Many people feel stressed, which in itself is not a problem. Stress gives you additional strength to cope with complicated situations. Now, excessive stress can be harmful to health. If you feel overwhelmed it is advisable that you try to understand the reasons for it. In this way you can change your situation.

Dream
To feel good, it is important to sleep properly. An adult person usually needs between six and nine hours of sleep a day. Young people need more sleep.
